"View all comments" in View tab shows number of annotations instead of comments

Steps to reproduce:

• User is using ARender to add annotations to a document
• Have a number of annotations in the document (29 in the case presented here)
• Have only a small number of comments in those annotations (9 in this case)
• Navigate to View tab

Current behaviour:

• Comments section shows 1 comment and option to "View all 29 comments"
• When clicking "View all 29 comments", only 4 comments are shown (probably related with NEV-195)

Expected behaviour:

• Comments section should show "View all 9 comments"
