      As output of this task a configuration was created to enable/disable compliance mode.
      By default compliance mode is not enabled.

      In order to enable it, we can add the following configuration to our nuxeo.conf file:

      nuxeo.retention.compliance.enabled=true

      Description

      The goal is to provide a way to configure the retention addon.

      This configuration must handle 2 different usages of the retention addon:

      • standard (default mode)
      • compliance (strict mode) - this one allows to keep SEC 17a-4 certification accurate

       

      Those 2 modes allows to turn on/off versioning, comments, and attachments  features in the Nuxeo instance, as described below:
