Retention analytics

User story

As a record manager, I want to have an easy way to get the main metrics related to the retention and legal hold actions, so that I can monitor the record activity.

Description

The goal is to add a dashboard related to retention activities.

Here the expected metrics:

• Total number of documents under retention
• Total number of documents under legal hold
• Number of documents under retention per document type (pie chart)
• Retention status among the following status (pie chart):
  • Documents not under retention
  • Documents under active retention
  • Documents under indeterminate retention (event-based retention)
  • Documents with expired retention
• Number of documents about to expire month per month, limited to 12 months (bar chart)
• Number of documents under legal hold per document type (pie chart)

Those metrics can be filtered for a given period

The retention dashboard is available from the retention menu.
