Use Elasticsearch scroll for CSV Export bulk action

      Description

      Since NXP-28334 we can choose the scroller to use for a bulk action.

      The CSV Export should be done with elasticsearch scroll, this way an export from the UI (search result from elasticsearch) will match the export.

      TODO:

      • update the bulk action contribution to set the default scroller.
      • check that it works by doing CSV exporting based on aggregation filter and fulltext search
