Just before the code freeze, integrate the translations delivered by the translation agency.
Make PRs and make sure to use the same branch name for all repositories. For Elements labels, PR is to be merged on master since the release branch is pulled just before the elements are released. For Web UI and JSF UI, PRs are to be merged on the release branch.
