Review Comments Functional Tests

After moving comments' elements and implementing unit tests (ELEMENTS-1105), the current functional tests may be doing more stuff than needed since the first ones already cover most of the needs.

It would be useful to review functional tests coverage and understand what should be tested from now on, keeping in mind that our unit tests boundary is the REST API (i.e. the contract, calls and responses, are validated defining mocks and expectations)
