Duplicate files overwrite each other when downloaded with Aspera

If you have two documents that contain files that have the same name and you attempt to download them both with the Aspera plugin then you get an error

the transfer aborts with the error:
"Peer aborted session, Cannot rename partial file"

Steps to reproduce:

Create two documents

1. add files to the documents, you can use the same file, or different files as long as they have the same name
2. select both documents
3. download using the aspera plugin
4. Expected Results
5. both files are downloaded and the file names are managed in some way that avoids duplication

Actual results
the aspera connect application reports the error - "Peer aborted session, Cannot rename partial file" and only one of the files is downloaded.
