Vocabulary values should be orderable and searchable in their management screen

In https://nightly.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/ui/#!/admin/vocabulary-management , when adding a value to a given vocabulary, the added value goes at the bottom, and there exists no way to search or order the vocabulary values.
When NXP-26835 is implemented, this ticket requests that WebUI takes advantage of the new features of the REST endpoints to have a searchable and orderable list of values in the vocabulary management page.
