Support consecutive uploads in file attachments

Steps to reproduce:

• User has a file and wants to upload several files as attachments.
• Upload a large file and, while this file is still uploading, try to upload a second file
• The first upload progress bar disappears and only the second file appears as an attachment.

It would be expected that both uploads would occur, as it already happens when two or more files are uploaded simultaneously.
