      Description

      The maven-dependency-plugin needs to be upgraded because the previous version (3.3.2) does not work anymore after upgrade to the nist.gov format of their URLs and JSON holding the CVE database.
      https://github.com/jeremylong/DependencyCheck/pull/2274 did the necessary upgrade and we were waiting for the resulting version to be released.
