      Description

      In Kafka 0.10 `request.timeout.ms` must be greater than `max.poll.interval.ms`.

      This is no longer the case since KIP-266 in Kafka >= 2.0.0.

      `default.api.timeout.ms` supersed the `request.timeout.ms` and `request.timeout.ms` can be decrease
      Otherwhise we must ensure that we don't introduce regression when using Kafka < 2.0.0
