Test Kafka Confluent Cloud integration

1. Choose a target AWS or GC
2. Create a Kafka cluster on Confluent Cloud
3. Deploy a Nuxeo and run a basic test (gatling tests ?)
if needed do any necessary code change or turn the ticket into NXBT
4. Try to use the Confluent Schema registry (ConfluentAvro codec)
5. Try to create a Confluent Connect s3 sink and export the audit stream into a s3 bucket
6. Observe metrics and pricing
