      Description

      Right now on Aspera upload page we have a single button that fires a modal which has two tabs: "Edit Transfer" and "Permissions".

      We should split this functionality into two different modals and have two different buttons: edit and share (and permissions will be in this one). With this solution we will keep consistency with the button that is present on the Aspera transfers page.

      If we agree with this decision, NXP-28206 will no longer be needed.
