When publishing a document using a rendition e.g. PDF, the attachments on the document are lost in the published document.
How to reproduce:
- create a File document with a e.g. a DOCX file as main blob and another file as an attachment
- publish the document using the PDF rendition
Expected result: the published document has a PDF conversion of the DOCX file as main blob and a file as attachment
Actual result: the published document has a PDF conversion of the DOCX file as main blob and is missing a file as attachment
