      The Nuxeo Server Tomcat SDK build has been removed as it's not used anymore. It was used by the old Nuxeo IDE (Eclipse plugin).
      The Maven profile sdk does not exist anymore.

      Description

      Remove the SDK distribution build as it's not used anymore in nuxeo-distribution/nuxeo-server-tomcat.

      https://github.com/nuxeo/integration-scripts/ may need to be updated also.
