Test framework ignores the NUXEO_URL env variable after login

      Description

      with the NUXEO_URL env variable set, the login step work but then the test switches to localhost:5000.

      It looks like the issue comes from https://github.com/nuxeo/plugin-nuxeo-web-ui/blob/2a6e12ee256db0914af9e8ec069564b51ee868b6/nuxeo-web-ui-ftest/wdio.conf.js#L135
