Improve search buttons placement and style

We've discovered that WebUI search configurations tend to be long forms.
In these cases, it's easy to "lose" the search and clear buttons as you need to scroll to the bottom.

Fix both buttons to the bottom of the search form area.

While we are changing these buttons, also change de button styles:

• Clear secondary
• Search Primary
