Add default Web UI URL codecs

      Description

      Default URL codecs should redirect users to Web UI which is the default Nuxeo UI (see https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo-web-ui/blob/master/plugin/web-ui/addon/src/main/resources/OSGI-INF/url-codecs-web-contrib.xml)

      The UI URL should be configurable since it will be deployed separately.
