Port Retention addon to master

      Description

      Work done for retention addon (NXP-27677) is for 10.10.

      Before merging (or right after merging) we need to port all of this to the master branch which involves the following task:

      • port nuxeo/addon/nuxeo-retention to master branch
      • move addon web ui code from nuxeo/addon/nuxeo-retention/nuxeo-retention-web-ui to nuxeo-web-ui/addons/nuxeo-retention
      • migrate all this code from Polymer 2 to Polymer 3
      • port and move work done for ELEMENTS-1004 from nuxeo-ui-elements to nuxeo-elements
      • adapt https://github.com/nuxeo/marketplace-retention for master and move functional tests developed there (NXP-27831) to nuxeo-web-ui repo like we are doing for DAM (NXP-27912)
