Fix navigation to user or group containing a question mark

In the Web UI's users/groups management, clicking on a user or group's URL leads to a 404 page when the name contains a question mark..

How to reproduce:

• go to the Users & Groups management in the Web UI
• create a new group or user containing a question mark e.g. grp?1:
  • user: fill mandatory fields and First Name and Last Name
  • group: fill fields Group Name and Group Label
• go back to the Users & Groups page and search
• click on the user/group's label like this:
  

Expected result: navigates to the user/group's page.
Actual result: navigates to a 404 page:
