Make Nuxeo Platform Explorer work on a bare Nuxeo Server

      Description

      The Platform Explorer WebEngine UI is currently in nuxeo-apidoc-webengine, which is in nuxeo-jsf-ui.

      To have an UI working on a Nuxeo Server, this module must be split:

      • one module with no dependency on JSF UI to be moved to the nuxeo repository, nuxeo-apidoc-webengine.
      • one module for the JSF UI dependencies that will contribute to nuxeo-apidoc-webengine, nuxeo-apidoc-webengine-jsf-ui.

      Add the needed nuxeo-apidoc-package in the nuxeo repository, and a new one nuxeo-apidoc-jsf-ui-package in nuxeo-jsf-ui.
