Remove nuxeo-shell dependency from the platform

Nuxeo Launcher (in the third tab of nuxeoctl gui) and Nuxeo Server (in the JSF Admin Center "Monitoring > Shell" tab) should not depend on nuxeo-shell.
=> remove all references.

To use Nuxeo Shell, just follow the documentation and download it.

This will simplify the distribution build and reduce its size.
