Fix nuxeo-platform-user-registration obsolete conflict

      Description

      1. nuxeo-platform-user-registration still has a conflict directive nuxeo-cmf which has been deprecated and not available in later Nuxeo versions. This results in log messages like: 
         [org.nuxeo.connect.packages.dependencies.CUDFHelper] Unknown dependency: nuxeo-cmf
      2. this is confirmed by the following:
