Fix MongoDB connection to Atlas

Connection strings for an Atlas-hosted MongoDB instance needs to be of the form mongodb+srv://user:password@cluster0.mongodb.net/test?w=majority but the prefix mongodb+srv is not recognized by MongoDBConnectionHelper and Quartz template.
