Fix download content with "read" permission with Aspera

      Description

      Currently, downloading content when user don't have "everything" permission leads to an error ("check that content was uploaded with aspera" error). The same content can be downloaded with aspera when user is granted " everything" permissions ;

      Expected : download starts normally even when user have read permission
