Fix error handling when transfer files are not created

If the target location of the transfer doesn't accept the doc types of the files being created (during the transfer completion process), the transaction is marked as Roll back in the Automation service called by the Batch manager:

We need to check if it's the case in our worker and start a new transaction if needed.
