Fix hot reload on snapshot distribution

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • On 11.1-SNAPSHOT (not date-based) registered to bde-test project in Studio (on feature/ft branch which has 11.1 as target platform).
      • Activate dev mode via nuxeo.conf
      • Install nuxeo-web-ui
      • Start server, login as Administrator
      • Hot reload from the Nuxeo Dev Tools browser extension.
        Error displays:

        This package is not validated for your current platform: server-11.1-SNAPSHOT
