on aspera upload page, keep seeing "old" page content load before the "current" page content

steps to reproduce.

as bob/bob or admin

go to uploads tab

(this is the "old" content from the summary)

click on transfer tab

on transfer tab, click on any transfer other than the one you initially viewed (this should be "current page" from the summary)

Expected:

you just see the content for the "current page".

Actual:

you see the "old" page content for about a second and then the "current" page content loads.
