As an aspera user, I can perform actions on individual files as part of a transfer bucket

in the table listing for my transfer bucket on the upload screen, I see icons for actions that I can perform in the table for each item.  for now, the only action for the files is to "Delete" which is represented by the Nuxeo trash can icon.
