Record management - Copy a retention policy

User story

• As a record manager, I want to easily copy an existing retention policy in order to create a new one, so that I have a pre-filled retention policy form

Description

• When the user clicks on the copy action, it opens the retention policy creation popup as if the user has clicked on add a new retention policy, except that all the fields are pre-filled with the same values than the copied policy
  • there is an exception for the title of the retention policy which has to be pre-filled as: "Copy of " + original retention policy name

User experience

•  Copy action available on the action menu of the retention policy document:

Acceptance criteria

• When I click on "copy" action, the popup with pre-filled form is opened
• When I click on "create" from the copy action popup, it creates a new retention policy with the changes I made
• When I click on "create" from the copy action popup, there is no change on the retention policy I copied
