User story

• As a record manager, I want that a 1 click access to all the retention policies.

Description

• Add a drawer item menu who list all the retention policies
• only for the granted users

User experience

• Dedicated menu on the left with all the retention policies list:

Acceptance criteria

• As a granted user, I have access to a left menu which list all the retention policies document,
• As a granted user, when I click on the retention policies, I have the full list of retention policies and I can access to all of them,
• As a standard user, I don't see this menu,
