Potential memory leak when using baf in a webservlet container in test environment

      Description

      Actually when using baf via a webcontainer for test purposes, the webcontainer keeps on being cleaned before all threads are terminated. Resulting in logs like below.
      This is related to issues:
      https://github.com/jhalterman/expiringmap/issues/61
      https://github.com/jhalterman/expiringmap/pull/62
      When they are fixed, Nuxeo Shall update
