[Edge] Fix actions on multiple selected documents

Steps to reproduce:

• As Administrator or any kind of user with access to a folderish document:
  • Select several documents.
  • Blue bar appears on top but proposes no document actions for the selected documents

Also occurs when selecting documents from search results.

Workaround:

• Must navigate to each document individually in order to perform a document action
