Disabling healthCheck probe does not work

      Description

      Probes are registered to CoreManagementComponent probes extension point.
      Porbes used for the runningstatus are also registered to healthCheck extension point.
      The HealthCheckProbesDescriptor has a enabled option but it is not taken in account by the registration.
      As a result, there is no way to disable a healthCheck probe.
