Reorganize nuxeo repository

      Description

      New organization of the repository should be:

      modules/            # all Java modules
modules/runtime     # runtime modules
modules/core        # core modules
modules/platform    # everything else (services, features, webengine, addons, ...)
packages/        # all packages
ftest/           # all functionnal tests on a Nuxeo server
server/          # nuxeo-nxr-server and nuxeo-server-tomcat
pom.xml

       

      Make the same reorganization on the nuxeo-jsf-ui repository.
