Document history duplicated after page refresh

Create a document, create a version or two, update metadata, etc., enough to populate the History tab on the document view. Note how many rows in the audit history. Refresh the page, using F5 or browser refresh button. Note how there are twice as many rows. The history is shown twice. Refreshing the page again does not triple the history.

Go back to View tab, refresh page, switch back to History tab, history is shown correctly again.
