Fix adding to Groups

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      New User

      • Go to Administration menu.
      • Click on New then User.
      • Type "members" in the new user creation form.
        => Members group doesn't appear, cannot add user to group.

      Existing User

      • From the Administratio menu, go to an existing user.
      • Click on Add to Group
      • Type "members" in the group field.
        => Members group appears but with span html tags around it (see screenshot)

      EDIT we'll use this ticket to add functional tests on master, 10.10 and 9.10 to avoid introducing regressions while backporting bug fixes on maintenance branches such as ELEMENTS-934
