Disable nuxeo-studio maven repository for SNAPSHOT

      Description

      Currently the nuxeo-studio maven repository is enabled for SNAPSHOT with an always update policy. This makes maven trying to fetch each child module from connect during development phase.

      This could create too many (useless) request to connect and behavior can be easily overridden through ~/.m2/settings.xml.

      So we want to disable this repository for SNAPSHOT.
