Add the SQL distinct operator to org.nuxeo.ecm.core.query.sql.model.QueryBuilder

Actually if we make query by using org.nuxeo.ecm.core.query.sql.model.QueryBuilder we don't have any possibility to make distinct data. We end by doing it in the java code which is not a good idea.
