The value sent on the `Nuxeo-Transaction-Timeout` header should be configurable in jsf-ui

      Description

      Currently this value is hardcoded at 35s (not in the web-ui) and we can not change it, making longer operations like Changing permissions to time out.

      Also, we agree that this not solve the root problem, but at least we should be able to have higher values like in the web-ui.
