Fix usage of repository.binary.store

      Description

      NXP-27109 incorrectly changed the default templates which makes repository.binary.store not taken into account anymore.

      Note, a workaround is to define nuxeo.binarystores.root instead to the parent directory.

      However the actual released artifacts for HF04 have been patched manually before being made public to include this fix already.
