As a user, I see error messages relevant to issues

When an error occurs, the status of the file in the Transfer document is updated with the value 'ERROR' and the error message is stored. This error message is then displayed in the files listing of the Transfer document in the WebUI.

List of error handling/messaging needs:

• not approved child type in folderish object
• no permissions to add to a given/desired path

AC:

• When an error occurs, the error message is available in the table listing the files for a Transfer document
• The status of the file is updated to the value 'ERROR'
