      Description

      When a KeyValueBlobTransientStore doesn't have a specific configuration for
      its blob provider, it is currently using a namespaced copy of the "default" blob provider.

      We would like this "default" to be configurable so that, for instance, it may be based on a custom blob provider specific to transient storage.
