Templates shouldn't include the "default" template

      Description

      The default templates defines JDBC connection information for H2. It shouldn't be included by any other template, in particular the redis one.

      As it is now, if you do

      nuxeo.templates=postgresql,redis

      then you may get H2 being used instead of PostgreSQL, which is wrong.

      Note: this ticket also does the change for the mongodb template but this is wrong, and is reverted by NXP-27258.
