Add mixins to configure the background color of suggestion elements

When the Dark theme is applied, a user cannot read the values in a suggestion dropdown: it is visible on:

• the Edit form
• the Permission form
• probably in other places

A new mixin should be exposed to fix this bug and a new value should be set for this mixin in the Dark theme definition.
