      Description

      HTML Note preview and rich text editor are not working

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Navigate to an existing HTML document.
        => Rich-text content is not displayed
        => Content is not editable.
      • Click on the Edit source code button in the lower left corner of the preview.
        => HTML source code is visible and editable.
      • Click on the Edit in rich text mode button.
        => Content disappears and user can no longer edit the content, even though Save button is still visible

      Error in console:

      Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
