      Description

      After migrating to Polymer 3 (NXP-26766), linting was disabled on Web UI. We need to re-enable it and fix any pending errors, for both the whole Web UI repository (addons included). This includes cleaning up after the automatic modulizer conversion, converting code to es6, and creating dedicated rules for layouts.
