As a user, I can see active files transfer

As a user, in my batch detail view, I can see the transfer status per file:

• transfer started
• transfer done
• transfer paused? (if possible)

Technically, the idea is to do a second request after Transfer document is loaded fetching his transfer status. Same request executed with the refresh btn.
Cases to handle for users feedbacks:

• Aspera node not responding well
• Mismatch between our Transfer doc and what is returned by Aspera Node (missing id, ...)

The first version will rely on communication with Aspera Node API.

A refresh button is added to the Upload tab and its action is to contact the endpoint to refresh the status of the transfer.

AC:

• I can hit the refresh button and the status of the transfer is updated
• The status transfer value for each file can be: Done, Started, Paused ( ? )
