As a user, I can complete a batch

When all my uploaded files are completed; I have a btn to trigger batch completion.

batch completion:

• trigger FileManager on every file
• change batch lifecycle to completed
  Without metadata.

AC:

• I can click on the button only if all the transfers are done, otherwise it is disabled
• After clicking, the transfer's lifecycle state is changed and the list of files is updated with links to the created documents
• I cannot add new files when the transfer is complete
• I cannot edit the Transfer metadata when the transfer is complete
