Bridge BAF done stream to migration invalidation messages

Once the migration on top of BAF is done we want each nodes to be informed of the end in order to invalidate current service in use (for instance).

We want to subscribe each nodes to the done stream and do invalidation when record is a migration one.
Or we can do a roundtrip with PubSub service.
